Suite Retreat - Central Golden Downtown Condo

Newly built in 2023 and conveniently located above Ethos Cafe and on the Kicking Horse River trails. Spacious master bedroom with king bed as well as a separate bedroom with queen bed. The whole space is yours to enjoy. Fully set up kitchen for cooking meals, lounge with smart TV and private deck to soak up the views. Bathroom has shower/tub and heated floors. Plenty of room to store toys and gear in the outdoor storage locker. Enjoy what Golden has to offer from this perfect central basecamp.

As your drive past the Whitetooth brewery patio take a left before you reach the OSO building and drive around the back of the building to your designated parking spot numbered `210`.

The front door is in the building closest to the river and can be accessed using main code provided. Take the elevator to the second floor and it is the first door on your left. Use second code provided to access your private two bedroom suite, fully equipped kitchen, living space with TV, deck and bathroom with heated floors.

Guests will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of their stay.

Please note there is a locked cupboard in the hallway closet for housekeeping supplies.

Secure storage locker provided in the parking area at the front of the designated parking stall for your unit. Please use for bikes and sporting equipment.

We respect our guests privacy and offer a seamless self check in process.

While you will not see us during your stay, we are available via phone or messaging app should you need assistance.

A few important details to ensure a comfortable stay:

The building has a modern central air system managed by the building and set to average 19°C.

Temperature: As the condo is south-west facing, in Summer months it can become warm during the day, especially on sunny afternoons. We provide fans and recommend keeping the window coverings closed during peak sun hours. Opening the windows in the evening will help cool the space for a comfortable night.
Use thermostats on the wall in bedrooms, living space and bathroom to control each room`s temperature individually. The top number on thermostat screen is what the temperature is set to. The larger number below is what the current temperature is.

Parking: Allocated parking is provided at the rear of the building. Parking for one vehicle is in Stall 210, additional free parking is on the street opposite the front of the building.

Storage: for outdoor equipment is provided in a locked storage area in the parking area.
Please be respectful of other building inhabitants and treat the home like you would you own. Clean up after yourself (including if using the kitchen) and be tidy and mindful that you are staying in someone`s home.
