Questa casa 3 camere da letto si trova in una tranquilla zona rurale a 10 minuti dal Golden. Ci sono 2 piani di spazio vitale -2000sq. ft. di cui 3 camere da letto private, 2 bagni completi con vasca / doccia combinata (una con vasca idromassaggio) Ampia cucina completamente attrezzata e sala da pranzo, ampio soggiorno con TV, soggiorno al piano superiore con divano-letto estraibile. Lavanderia a gettoni in loco per la vostra convenienza. C'è un mazzo privato davanti alla casa, così come un grande ponte condiviso a due livelli sul retro. Situato sul ponte posteriore è un barbecue con patio e panchine
C'è un cortile condiviso appena fuori dal ponte posteriore con pozzo del fuoco e vasca idromassaggio per uso comune. Ricordati di controllare i divieti di fuoco e di tenere gli incendi piccoli e maneggevoli, e di rispettare tutte le regole della vasca idromassaggio.
Il grande cortile con alberi da frutto e arbusti è per il divertimento di tutti con un'area per giocare a pallavolo, badminton o calcio. Un sacco di spazio per parcheggiare per tutti. A pochi passi dal fiume Blaeberry dal retro della proprietà. A breve distanza a piedi è Northern Lights Wildlife Wolf Center e Rocky Mountain Buffalo Ranch, nonché un piccolo parco comunitario. Splendide vedute delle montagne da tutte le direzioni evidenziano questa proprietà. A pochi minuti dal sentiero per lo slittino del Blaeberry River Trail e dintorni - Negozio riscaldato disponibile con permesso, per lavorare sulle slitte nei freddi mesi invernali.

The house is located right when you drive in to the driveway, at first we were confused because there are other attached homes and unattached homes nearby. It was nice and large and clean. The rooms were larger than normal so that was a positive, yet the family room though only held enough for four people. The kitchen was very large, older cabinets but the large table was perfect for all six of us to sit around. The beds were more firm. The hot tub was perfect although there was a lot of mosquitoes out. Would be wonderful in the fall and spring. The only negative was that the house was very dark. No ceiling lights, many lamps but that still made it a little difficult to see. I would put brighter bulbs in the bathroom. And provide more washcloths. The owners were very attentive and helped in any way they could.Everything was well appointed and our stay was very nice. Thank you!

Excellent Guest house. In the middle of nature and very family friendly, they had many toys and books for children. The hot tub was also a great plus for parents trying to relax. They are also located near a wolf sanctuary which was amazing to visit, and also near alot of amazing hiking spots. We will definitely be returning.

Quiet Retreat

Located 15 minutes out of Golden, we loved the 'retreat' feeling of the location. Close enough for the convenience of Golden, far enough to feel like a get-away. It was quiet, except for the wolves howling and roosters crowing - which we loved (it was rare). We were able to get answers to any questions and inquiries quickly from the home owner. Would stay again.

Weekend Getaway with Friends

We enjoyed our weekend at the Blaeberry while skiing at Kicking Horse. The property is spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. Watch the front step if it's freezing at night and warm during the day.

Thank you Richard! The amount of effort and décor you put in your property is amazing, this was by far the best place I stayed at on VRBO and the group loved every minute of it even though we spent most of it in the hot tub soaking after a long day of snowboarding If I ever find my self back in Golden BC I will book this place again!

We were 7 adults in this huge house, a lot of space for cooking, chilling, storing our gear and clothing. The host are very convenient, friendly and quick response! Well located for skiing in Roger Pass and KickingHorse!

Great little getaway spot for a few days

Richard and family were great hosts. Around if you needed, but not in the way. The rooms and kitchen were great, and we even got to watch a ballgame. The wifi worked well for apps, but not texting and with no cell service, so we had to drive out to the road.

A great place to drink and be merry.

My roommates and I wanted a place to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. We all love to cook and the kitchen was just what we needed. Plenty of space to spread out and the hottub was great.

Great place to stay :)

This was a great place to stay; because of all the Covid concerns; we decided it was best for us 5 sledding buddies to all stay together; so we brought our own food and drinks and stayed in our own bubble for a few days. Good location as we sledded Quartz, Silent Pass and the Blaeberry area; as this was very centralized for us. It had all the conviences of home; we all enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was great but it was hot....

Reconnect with family.

The home was roomy, comfortable and very clean. Rural yet not too far from the town. Great place for disconnecting from our electronic world as the WiFi is very glitchy. Just unplug and enjoy your time. Would definitely stay again!

Sweet place!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were 8ppl and the place was big enough to fit everyone comfortably. The location wasn't bad. It was about 15min drive from town and 25min from kicking horse. The hot tub was a big plus! The hosts were super nice and they had a super cute and friendly dog.
