“We had a fantastic holiday at Sunrise Hotel in Golden Sands. The staff were great - very friendly and helpful, especially Vasil and Simon, but all the staff were welcoming. Good selection of food at mealtimes. The swimming pools were nice, if smaller than they look on the website, but the beach is only.a short walk away. Would definitely recommend.”

“Nous y avons passé 2 jours au début du mois de mai. Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel et le restaurant parfait parce que nous étions que 30 clients à l'hôtel, en tout et pour tout. Ce qui veut dire de la place au restaurant ou à la piscine, etc... Les tables étant pratiquement collées les unes aux autres dans les différents endroits (bars, salles de restaurant), en été cela doit être horrible. Question économie responsable : il va falloir oublier le plastique jetable et passer au réutilisable. Les menus...

“Meget fint hotel, men reception personalet i dagtid var ikke særlig hjælpsomme, eller gode til at give informationer. Vi fandt først ud af at der var en pool med rutsjebaner bag Polen på 3 sal, da 3 da vi snakkede med receptionisten om aftenen.. Maden var ikke 5 stjerner overhovedet, udvalget var lille og man skulle stå og vente på de kom ud med noget, hvis man skulle nå at få noget.. morgenmad var det samme, han lavede 10 pandekager af gangen, det tog ca. 10min, men så tog den første i køen...

“Great hotel, everything was perfect. Beautiful architecture of the building, 4 big and clean pools, tasty and fresh food. The pool bar has everything you wish for to drink and the barkeeper is very professional. The main restaurant for the all inclusive is high level gourmet. The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. “The hotel is in a good condition, clean. Used towels are changed every day and the sheets every 4 days. Restaurant is clean and the personnel is very well trained. Good WiFi in our room. That's the good part. Now the bad part. -Over-crowded small parking, parked cars almost glued to each other at their directions. “We were there during Covid time in Europe the staff was wearing mask to keep us safe. Everything clean few times a day. The staff was helpful if you were having question. The room was clean, the swimming pool area was also clean. Overall we have a nice family stay. ”
