“We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day.
The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....

“We were there during Covid time in Europe the staff was wearing mask to keep us safe. Everything clean few times a day. The staff was helpful if you were having question. The room was clean, the swimming pool area was also clean. Overall we have a nice family stay. ”

“The hotel is in a good condition, clean. Used towels are changed every day and the sheets every 4 days. Restaurant is clean and the personnel is very well trained. Good WiFi in our room.
That's the good part.
Now the bad part.
-Over-crowded small parking, parked cars almost glued to each other at their directions. When you leave, although you ask them at the reception to make room for you, nothing happens.
-Parking is after 12.00 at check-in and although there are free parking spaces, you...
