“The behavior of the owner and the management at this property is deeply concerning and unacceptable. The shared laundry room is marked as usable from 2–6 PM, but the sign is extremely small and nearly invisible at night due to poor lighting. At around 8:00 PM, I entered only to check the location of the laundry room and whether detergent was sold.
