“First stay at this property to we have visited Prescott often. The location is excellent, just one block from whiskey row and on a more quiet street. The staff was nice and accommodated our request for first floor room as there is no elevator. The room was sufficient but small as expected in an older hotel and the bed was comfortable. We had an overall pleasant stay and love the history of these old buildings ”

“Choose this place based on the reviews. Very disappointed: hotel was very dated, room small, bathroom tiny, no counters, old carpet - a real mess. With all the nice hotels in the area, this one needs a lot of work. Since I always try to find good in everything, I can say that the restaurant, altoiugh dated like the hotel, had amazing food!!”

“The breakfast was fresh. The pool and hot tub was under renovation. But the rest of the facility and staff were great.”

“Hotel was ok! Location is good since it’s around shops and only 5 mins from the town square. We had our pet and they put us near the front of the property and the dog area was all the way in the back so that’s was an inconvenience. When we got to the room the door was slightly opened which we thought maybe the cleaning crew didn’t properly close. when we got inside the room felt uncleaned and there was a smudge of blood on the bedsheets. Will definitely never stay there again! ”

“Great property within walking distance to downtown Prescott. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, restaurant and bar onsite. Backs to a creek with bike/walk path. Roomy lobby and main area patio for morning coffee or relaxing if traveling with a small group.”

“Abbiamo trascorso due notti in camere doppie con balcone. Letto molto conodo, camera pulita. La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buona. Comoda la lavanderia con asciugatrice (3 dollari in tutto piu un dollaro per il detersivo. Bella la piscina con asciugamani disponibili e sedia per supporto disabili. Gentilissima la signora della reception”

“Difficulty at check in due to booking multiple room and confusion with length of stay. Credit card machine not working causing wrong card to be charged. **do your own dishes and cleaning. None of our 3-day stay receive any room service. however buffet breakfast excellent with variety of items available”

“The TV was not connecting to any station and when inquired with the front desk staff, there was nothing they could do. The TV stand that had a drawer, the front cover of the drawer was broken, exposing the nails, and the broken drawer cover was laying on the side of the stand. The room smelled musty. There was a few hair strands on the bathroom sink and bathtub. The area was loud throughout the night. You could hear the neighbors talking. ”

“Clean but for the price a fairly low budget feel. No elevator was a negative but not a deal breaker, not cool if you have lot of luggage or kids with bags. Kinda felt like a polished Motel 6.”
