“We took a family vacation. Everyone that works at the hotel was very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Only negative is one of the two elevators is very slow. The location is great right on the beach and walking distance from a lot of restaurants, ice cream shops and the pier. The free breakfast is good and a special thanks to the lady that brings out the breakfast she works very and is always friendly. I am sorry I did not get her...

“I’ve stayed a couple of times before cruises. Insanely easy to get to the cruise terminals, as well as very easy access to food options. All within a 5 minute drive. Always super clean rooms and property. Great pool area and tiki bar. Also, half of the rooms can see the cruise ships and SpaceX rockets at the port. Rooms also have ceiling fans. Great hotel for families. Only place I’ll stay in the area.”

“Nice and clean hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was knowledgeable about transportation to and from the cruise port which was helpful. The one thing that really stood out about our room is that it is very spacious with the shower and sick separate from the commode and sink. This allows for someone to shower if the other person is using the restroom. Beds were a little hard but it was doable. I would stay here again!!!”

“From the minute we arrived the people at front desk were super friendly and quick. My son accidentally left his expensive computer in the room and he did not realize it. From the ship we contacted the hotel and they had found his computer and put in lock up until we got off our cruise. Thankful for the honest staff!!!”

The maintenance technician was quick in resolving toilet issue in our room.
Would have been nice to have an actual refrigerator not a cooler. The cooler get item cold.

La piscina fantastica (le mie bimbe si sono divertite da matti a giocare con le ciambelle messe a disposizione dall’hotel) nonostante non ci fosse bel tempo. Abbiamo mangiato una pizza e delle patatine al ristorantino interno ed erano buone. La colazione buona anche se anche qui niente bacon😠. Servizio lavanderia ottimo con prezzi accessibili (1,75 dollari per lavare e per asciugare). ”
