“La habitación nada que ver con lo que vi cuando hice la reserva, mi familia y yo nos sentimos frustrados,desde que entras a la habitación tenía mucho olor a humedad,habían cucarachas,el baño en pésimas condiciones,moho en algunas partes de la habitación,por favor no es solo tener ganancias,es darle comodidad y satisfacción a los huéspedes para que quieran regresar al lugar o dar recomendaciones a otras personas para que reserven en ese lugar,espero que cojan la idea central ”
