“Struttura immersa nella natura molto carina leggermente datata ma perfetta per il contesto ”

“Non scegliete questo hotel. Persona alla reception incapace di risolvere i problemi. Mancava un letto e i miei figli hanno dormito in 3 per 2 notti in un letto e il ragazzo della reception se ne letteralmente fregato lasciandoci 2 notti in 5 con 2 letti.Aria condizionata rumorosa come un trattore. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso parziale tramite Expedia ma l' hotel si è rifiutato. ”

“The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. The pool was beautiful with fountains and a hot tub. The property was so lovely it’s unfortunate that property management allowed items that should have been trashed to remain on the premises. The chair in our room needed to be reupholstered; the life ring at the pool was torn and two if the chaise chairs were faded and...

“Room right next to elevator. We asked for different room but they said no Towel was dirty. Had to ask for soap. They do not provide shampoo and conditioner Room was small ”

“Siamo stati sfortunati in quanto nella stanza accanto c'era una coppia che continuava a parlare fino alle 3 di notte (insonorizzazione inesistente). Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”

“Charmant, style Keywest avec couleur éclatante. Très bien situé, 2-3 minutes de marche de la beach et océan. Grand parking. Besoin d’un peu d’amour, mais le faible prix correspond parfaitement à l’état des lieux. Personnel super gentil!! ”
