“We were disappointed with our stay. The hotel did not provide drinkable water, which felt unreasonable given the heat—our only option was to purchase it from the mini fridge at a marked-up price. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and despite asking for it to be fixed, normal attempts to fix it were made. The front desk was often unattended, and when staffed, the service was unfriendly. They also advertise a shared social space with a bar, but during our stay, it was completely...

“The hotel is nice but dated. The beach area is overcrowded and “booked” with towels since early morning…breakfast is ok. Overall the staff is friendly but with a large language barrier I counted only 3 people speaking a good English. The last night to order the room service was insane. At the check-in, imho, looks like Expedia is not really a good welcome card but their website it’s again not English friendly. Final vote 6 out of 10. ”
