- **A charming village house, peacefully located on a quiet little street, renovated in 2024 with great taste and high-quality materials, and featuring a large garden.**
The house offers **two separate sleeping areas**, each with its own staircase and shower room, brought together by a large, bright living space with generous proportions (73 m²). The living room features large French doors opening onto the terrace, a pellet stove, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
The house can accommodate **up to 8 guests**, with three double beds (160 cm) and a 140 cm sofa bed located on a mezzanine in the open-plan study. There are **two shower rooms with walk-in showers and three WCs**.
The house is available as a **furnished rental for stays of between 15 days and 7 months from October to the end of April**, and then available **on a nightly basis during the warmer months, for a minimum stay of 3 nights**.
The accommodation can also be adapted to suit your needs, for example by renting only one of the sleeping areas, with one, two or three bedrooms.

The nearest local amenities are very close by, with a **bread depot in the neighbouring street**. Further shops and services can be found in the nearby village (5 km), including a butcher, bakery and grocery shop. Lanvollon (6 km) offers a wider range of shops and supermarkets, while Guingamp (12 km) provides all the services and amenities you may need.
The **coast, beaches and many tourist attractions can be reached in as little as 13 minutes by car**. The spectacular cliff-top coastal road, charming seaside towns, long sandy beaches and secluded coves provide a particularly pleasant setting, inhabited all year round and rich in natural and cultural attractions.
