Located in a small, quiet street in the village, the house was completely renovated in 2024 keeping its warm character. The first floor is bright and spacious. It includes a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a pellet stove for winter evenings. A large bay window opens onto the terrace and the large garden at the back: a real plus for children and adults alike.
A few nights or several months

From October to May, the house is available for furnished rental for stays of 15 days to 7 months: moving, professional mission for two, long stay with the family, or a place to stay while you find accommodation in the region. In the summer, it can be rented by the night, for a minimum of 3 nights.

Discovering the north coast of Brittany

For bread, a depot is located in the next street. 5 km away, a nearby village has a bakery, a butcher and a mini-market. Lanvollon (6 km) offers all the daily shops and supermarkets, and Guingamp (12 km) has all the services.

In about 15 minutes by car, you are on the coast, with its beaches, coves and small ports. The cliff road offers superb landscapes between large sandy beaches, unspoilt coves and lively coastal villages all year round.
