Our family left the resort after 1 day due to the lack of hospitality and quality of anything on the resort. Also they did everything in their power to add additional fees room change, keeping room close together all normal request that we requested prior to check in but I would NEVER EVER visit this resort again. Supposedly we are supposed to get refunded but I highly doubt they will complete the refund process.
