Firepit with firewood included. Parking on property and across street on extra lot large enough for multiple boats to park. Two slip dock with power for your boats with swim platform. Kitchenware and bathroom necessities included. Coffee maker, Keurig(coffee not provided) and microwave. 10 mins to I57 and I24. NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed. No parties. No loud music outside. Please note that for the safety of the renters, owners, and neighbors, we have Ring Cameras installed at front and back doors and are exterior view only. Garage not accessible for renters.
