* Bedroom 3: Three twin beds- two twin beds and one day bed that slides out.

* Bedroom 4 (Loft): Queen bed

* Additional sleeping for 2-4 guests available on couches in common areas

**Amenities:**

* Half Day Add-On available when adjacent nights are open — check in at 8 AM or check out at 6 PM for half the nightly rate.



**Other Things to Note:**

* Check-in: After 3 PM

* Check-out: Before 10 AM

* A rental agreement is required with ID verification within 48 hours of booking or before entry, whichever is first.

* No pets allowed (penalty applies)

* Security camera at entrance

* Starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels provided

* Guests must bring their own beach towels and life vests
