“This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!”

Specifically wanted to mention nBaraka who helped us with rental car issues and advocated for us constantly. Also he was instrumental in helping us get our permits for Ngorongoro Crater and Olduvai Gorge. “We had a wonderful stay at the Stc safari lodge. The rooms are simple, but clean. The food was excellent, mainly from their own farm, with meat and veggie options for lunch and dinner. Very good breakfast too, with delicious watermelon juice. We got a nice tour at the farm by one of the sisters. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay. ”

“Family 'room' was excellent. However, for a December visit a bathroom heater was sorely needed and towel bars for drying towels. Every resort should have a safety bar in shower for young or old!”

The room is large it had two king size bed and a fireplace a sitting area. we stayed at this Four Season in the Serengeti. this was comparable for a lot less money. I would stay here again. “We had a great stay at lilac hideaway but the thing that stood out most are the way they stepped up to help guests with travel plans We rented a dud 4x4 and it would not start after we checked in - but Eli jumped in an d organized mechanics to come and then drove with us to take the car to the mechanics once they had gotten a new battery in. The car had no brake or transmission fluids and an corroded alternator wire - Eli stayed at the mechanic while we got some food next door The mechanics...

“We had a beautiful stay at Rhotia Valley Tented Lodge. The staff was wonderful and very kind, especially Jumo. A portion of the money from your stay goes to the children's home located next to the hotel, which you are able to visit while staying there. The area and view around the hotel are beautiful, however there is a bumpy uphill road to reach the hotel. The dining room is a beautiful space as well and we had a wonderful meal there! ”
