“Keep in mind, this room was $475. Room was filthy. Huge ugly stains on carpet, disgusting shower, toilet had paper in it upon arrival. Spare blankets covered in bleach stains”

“The room was comfortable and well located in the middle of the town, Golden. I didn’t realize the River View was on a public footpath/walkway, right off the main through road. It was difficult communicating with staff - there is no onsite staff and they didn’t answer the phones, but did respond to text messages after a delay.
Parking was however easy and right around the corner from a tasty bakery.”
