“My family and I really enjoy staying at this hotel. We love that parking was so close to the entrance. The room was just what we needed very clean and has all the essentials that we use. Breakfast was definitely not my favorite. I wish the breakfast menu was more diverse. The staff were very polite and friendly. The pool was very nice and clean. The water temperature was just right. I've had unacceptable experiences during my last two stays at the Courtyard Marriott in Newburgh, New York.
During my first stay over the Christmas weekend, the hotel had no heat or hot water. Despite calling an hour before check-in to notify the staff I was running late, the manager failed to inform me of these conditions. When I requested a reimbursement for these circumstances, the hotel refused, and I was forced to resolve the matter through my bank.
