"I never received a message from the hotel how to check in or enter the building as it was a self check in system. I called and their response was we sent you multiple texts to enter CC information, which I never did. Even on the phone I wasn’t receiving anything while standing outside in the cold. ..."

"Odd to check into a place with no actual person to greet you. I didn't really like using the lobby phone to speak with someone about questions about checking in and getting my room number. Room was clean and neat. They have a closet for guests to go to get extra towels etc. The biggest disappointment ..."
