“Our 3rd stay, all aspects of Elm Lodge and the location were excellent as always. We will use this venue for future breaks but next time we will take precautions against the possibility of insect bites in this lovely and picturesque location.”

“The bungalow was well appointed and clean. However the bathroom had some mould on the tiles, and on the non slip bath mat . Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. We were really pleased to be moved there after the flat we had booked was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke. That flat should not be on your books.”

“Brilliant House, in a great location, and all ten of us had a wonderful holiday!However, as we booked for Christmas week, we paid a large premium, and didn’t expect to find stained sofas with rips in, and essentially a lot of wear and tear (this is not the place to list them, but think dirty blinds etc) that should not be in a property sold as “luxury”. “Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments. We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards. Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for...

“Had a lovely stay at Sea Breezes - was a great space for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) with everything we needed. Lovely sunsets over Pagham Lagoon and only a short walk to the cafe, amusements, shops and (amazing) fish and chip shop.”
