“Die Lage vom Haus war toll. Allerdings gibt’s keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Es war unerträglich heiß. Dazu kommen noch tausende von Stechmücken. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären zwingend notwendig. Unschön war auch das man keinen Zugang vom Garten in den See hatte. Fazit insgesamt. Völlig überteuert für das was geboten wurde.”

“Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee ist unbeschreiblich. Die Hausbesitzerin hat ihr Herz am richtigen Fleck und gab es Probleme, war sie sofort bereit diese schnellstmöglich zu lösen. Der Weg zum Haus war etwas holprig und ging bergab, also nicht gut für Gehbehinderte und Rollstuhlfahrer. Ebenso war die Treppe zum Pool unbegehbar. Die Besitzerin versicherte aber, dass diese Mängel schnellstmöglich behoben werden. Polpenazze immer eine Reise wert....

“PROS: This is a beautiful home and property. The yard is huge and I imagine it would have been lovely to spend time outside (it was rainy while we were there.) The house comfortably hosted 2 families (one with 2 kids, one with 1) with a set up of a bathroom per 2 bedrooms, which worked nicely.
