"Great location. Close to the little town of Curtis and Gould City. Close to an accessible ramp for our fishing boat. Perfect little get-a-way cottage. Communication with owners was very good, friendly & prompt. Small glitch with a popped breaker for hot water, very prompt & fast fix. Very nice fire ..."

"House was a great homebase for all the things we like to do in the UP. There are not many homes in this particular area and this one wont last forever as a rental as it is on the market for sale.
