Idealmente situato all'entrata del villaggio di Goult, la casa si trova nel cuore di un piccolo borgo costruito negli ultimi anni con tutto il fascino e materiali tradizionali della regione. La porta si apre su una scala che porta al piano terra per le aree comuni e camera da letto, e al piano superiore di tre camere da letto.
Giù per le scale, si arriva in salotto e una cucina completamente attrezzata con un grande tavolo per i pasti in famiglia. Grazie alle numerose porte di vetro, le camere sono molto luminose. Inoltre, si ha accesso diretto alla terrazza e giardino. La piscina è protetta da una recinzione. La sala si trova accanto all'ingresso è spaziosa con armadi di stoccaggio. Essa ha la sua camera con doccia e lavabo. servizi igienici indipendenti si trovano proprio accanto alle scale. Al piano superiore sono 2 camere da letto con letto matrimoniale, una delle quali ha un proprio bagno con doccia. La camera da letto 4 con due letti singoli condividere il bagno con il 3 ° camera da letto. Avere WC separato.
Il giardino e la piscina sono sole. Vi è una parte della terrazza coperta con una zona salotto per rilassarsi all'ombra e un grill a gas.
Questa casa offre tutti i comfort per una vacanza in famiglia perfetta!

Beautiful Property

We had a fantastic stay in Goult, Herve the property manager was brilliant and very responsive. The property is in a fabulous location, just a minutes’ walk to Goult centre with its Boulangerie, Butcher, Convenience Store and Bars and Restaurants etc. We were a family of four and the house was perfect – nicely finished inside and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed. Air Conditioning units were really effective and quiet and given it was August very welcome. The only disappointment was the pool area which needed more regular cleaning. The pool surrounds and garden could be a lot nicer. The outside furniture is not very comfortable, and the grass and garden areas are in need of some attention. There is an electric BBQ rather than a Gas BBQ. The outside is just not as nice as the inside of the property. We would love to return if the garden and outside areas were improved.

Fabulous location and thoroughly enjoyed the house with our family. Would definitely stay in the property again. The only snag was the pool needed more regular cleaning and the pool surrounds and garden could have more attention paid.

Charming home and village - hidden gem

We loved our stay, which was perfect for our family. Herve could not have been easier to communicate with. The house is in a perfect location for exploring the many villages all in close proximity. We loved coming back after days of marketing to sit outside in the yard and enjoy family meals in a beautiful setting. The house was clean, well equipped and lovely. We would 100 percent book it again . Our only caveat is that to eat dinner at any of the restaurants in Goult - reservations must be made months in advance to your arrival. Still- we loved the short walk up for fresh croissants each morning, walking to the grocer for any added ingredients needed, and simply enjoying the beauty and charm of the village - a true hidden gem!

Maison idéale pour la découverte du Luberon

Maison spacieuse, conviviale et bien équipée pour 8 personnes (les 3 sdb dont 2 privatives sont un vrai plus) idéalement située au cœur de Goult à proximité des commerces et des restaurants (nous recommandons la Bartavelle). Parking facile pour 2 voitures. Pour être parfait il ne manque qu'une tv plus grande (pour les jours de pluie) et une table intérieure qui bien que grande et pratique manque de cachet (des détails).

The house is in a great location, very close to main attraction villages. Goult has several decent restaurants, , pizza, boulangerie, boutcherie, épicerie, fromagerie - so you can get in walking distance all products for cooking at home or eat out. the house itself is not perfect: only 2 toilets, none are ensuite. 3 showers, only 2 are ensuite. I would expect more from a recently built house. the kitchen is not designed for practical use, and has very limited work area. Dishes, utensils and and pots were not clean and required a wash prior to using. Herve the manager was very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic location, Herve the property manager was brilliant. The house is lovely but we found the pool area a bit dirty and had to clean it down ourselves, also you cant sit around the pool and it is in the shade for the majority of the day (some of us found it too cold for swimming). Overall very gopd but pool set up is not ideal for families.

Maison conforme à description ! Un petit havre de paix au cœur de Goult. La maison est très bien équipée avec un jardin très agréable et une piscine permettant de se rafraîchir. Convient pour les enfants en bas âge.

Una buena estancia totalmente recomendable.

La casa pefectamente ubicada en Goult,precioso y tranquilo. Cuenta con todo lo necesario. Agradable jardin que llama a pasar buenos ratos con varios espacios. Los primeros dias el Mistral dificulto el baño en la piscina,ciertamente fresquita. Después se aclimato.

Great property for a group of upto 8 people

Lovely house in a great location just a couple of minutes from the centre of Goult. Herve was so helpful and friendly throughout the stay Given the weather was perfect the garden, the seating areas and the pool was our main focus but the inside of the house also very comfortable. Air conditioning was very welcome at night Overall a fantastic weeks holiday for our family of 6 but with 4 bedrooms all of a good size could easily take 8 people. Highly recommended

Wonderful stay in Goult

The property was just as described, very large, beautiful pool, and lovely covered back patio was perfect in the occasional afternoon rain. Easy location to explore all the other towns in the area. Herve was very accommodating with some last minute requests and we would recommend this for a relaxing vacation.

Hot stuff in Goult

We enjoyed a great two-week stay in Goult. The villa was super - very clean, well presented, and equipped. Hervé was really helpful, very responsive and couldn't have been nicer to deal with. The garden has plenty of space, and a lovely cool pool for those hot summer days. The weather was super-hot when we were there (36c-38c each day) and while the villa didn't have air conditioning, we soon figured out how to keep the house cool at night. Like most places there were a few mosquitos but nothing that we couldn't deal with and Hervé supplied bug zapping lamps and lemon oil to keep the little munchers away. The villa is ideally located in Goult village. It is 50m from the Boulangerie, and has 4-restaurants within a 5-min walk. The village is an unspoilt Provencal setting. Tons to do, lots of wineries around.

Excellent! Perfect property for us (4 adults and a baby) with large living area, outside space and swimming pool. Very close 2min walk to Goult shops and restaurants (make sure you book early). We loved our stay.

An Excellent stay over Christmas!

We had a super time at the house which is well located in Goult a lovely village in the Luberon. Hervé was unfailingly helpful and made things easy for us. Travelling right now is complicated especially with an elderly parents. But Hervé made it easier. He was flexible with the booking conditions, immediately helpful when we needed time sensitive advice and printed out some documents we required for a flight. Things are difficult right now and it’s lovely to encounter such kind, generous folks.

Belle maison de village bien située

Cher Hervé Le séjour dans la maison de vacances a été très réussi. Tout était bien. La cuisine était très bien équipée et il y avait plein de couverts et de vaisselle. Lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur étaient d'une propreté impeccable. Les chambres étaient de bonne taille et le mobilier était agréable et de bonne qualité. Les matelas étaient assez fermes mais confortables pour dormir. Le jardin était bien rangé, la piscine était propre, malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu en profiter car la température extérieure était déjà très fraîche. La plancha était également très propre. La maison était parfaite, propre et bien située. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. L'accueil était excellent, vous étiez très discrets et toujours soucieux de notre bien-être. Nous recommandons la maison à 100 pour cent. Cordialement Christian & Murielle

Belle maison. Bien située mais manque climatisation

Belle maison agréablement décorée mais il manque une climatisation. Nous ne pouvions dormir la nuit . D’autre part le ménage n’était pas parfait beaucoup de poussière sous les lits . La wifi fonctionnait très mal et la piscine mal entretenue ( mousse au fond de l’eau). C’est dommage car la maison est belle et bien située près des commerces . Le gérant est agréable et fait ce qu’il peut . Les propriétaires doivent réagir
