“Every thing from check in to check out was excellent. The room was wonderful and comfortable, I slept well. The only issue was that during a conference only one elevator worked, so I actually took the stairs to the 5th floor, at least I was able to get my steps in, other than that I highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Great Stay. Check in was quick and easy. Pool was nice, the Grand kids loved it. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. Great location to freeway and very close to the Kalamazoo Air Zoo, which is why we picked this hotel. Felt safe and secure here.”
