There was black mould on the ceiling above the shower and under the unit in the bedroom, the toilet was grimy and falling apart, the walls were pealing apart, the shower flooded the floor, the shampoo provided in the room was out of date and burned my skin, the bed was the wrong way around, there was a moth in the room when we arrived, and we found more bugs during the night”
