Pacchetti vacanze in Governatorato di Muharraq

Everything was fine and clean and so good location

The key did not work on checking in. They had to change the battery in the lock to get in the room. This tells me housekeeping couldn’t get in there either which is consistent with the sheets needed to be changed and the room needed to be cleaned. After some time of turning the air conditioner off the room smelled of ammonia. The balcony doors had to be opened and the AC turned back on to clear the room out. The staff was helpful and corrected everything as soon as it was pointed out except for the ammonia smell, which went away when the room was aired. Interestingly, the breakfast that was purchased with the room was actually very good, but had to go downstairs to the breakfast area to order it for delivery to the room.

The resort is beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean. However, service is very slow, room service took forever and in room dining spilled the juice twice. We had to call several times for someone to bring us amenities and 3 times to request a buggy for checkout.
