“Jazzy was very sweet and made check in easy. Breakfast was great with many options. We enjoyed the swimming area. Our only complaint was the bathroom. There was a cracked tile that was exactly where you had to walk through the bathroom and our shower needed to seriously be clean due to the red slim on the floor and build up on the side of the shower. Staff was notified of this upon checkout. I was told that the tile was getting fixed after we checked out and nothing was said about the bathroom.”

“Wasn't aware they were a "motorcycle inn" so was not expecting the motorcycles coming in and out, esp at night. I had asked for a back side room and was told none was available. The room itself was one of the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, that was a pleasant surprise.”

“Overall, we were satisfied and very satisfied with breakfast. It was lovely. The beds were clean, lobby clean etc. The only questionable thing was our bathroom wasn’t 100% very usable but only because we had wipes to clean it with…… we’re talking to hairs and dust along the edges of the bathroom and things that make you question the other part. I wouldn’t not stay here again because of it, but it was a bit disappointing.”

“The hotel was so nice, clean, convenient, and had great amenities, with choices of views, multiple bars/eateries, coffee shop, rooftop pool overlooking the Island and water show. The rooms had everything we needed and even an in-room jacuzzi tub. We were able to access the hotel from various places in the island(very helpful when super hot or in sudden rain showers. The valet service was quick and very convenient.”

“Did not use the pool but area looked nice; clean room; staff was very nice and personable; everything was great!
My husband and I always stay at this hotel when vacationing there. We really enjoy the balcony where we love to sit and watch the ducks, geese and their families, the evening crane, and the groundhogs! Also, we enjoy listening to the river and the scene surrounding it. I’m sure the fireplace is wonderful to watch but it’s always been warm when there! Oh, and the rate was great!
