Great private resort

A wonderful little resort and beautiful beach to yourself. The water was crystal clear and shallow for 50 meters.

Simply Amazing

This property is fantastic. Everything is very well kept up and kept clean. Everyone working on the property is very polite and hard-working. Everyone in our family had a great time and would stay here again any time.

The perfect large family accommodations

Cocodimama is the most beautiful, perfect setting for a large family gathering. We had a group of 20 family members and we were able to spread ourselves out over the 3 sleeping houses that are perfectly set up to accommodate adults and children alike. The housekeeping staff is AMAZING, taking their time to attend to every detail, and so friendly to chat with and get ideas of where to go and what to see. Annie is so kind, very attentive and easy to get ahold of if any issues arise. The large main guest house was great for eating all our meals in, hanging out, playing games or watching the sunrise and sunset on the porch overlooking the pristine ocean water. The beach at Cocodimama is absolutely gorgeous and so shallow, calm and warm that the kids can play in it all day long! The house is very centrally located on the island which makes it easy to do touristy things on both the north end (Harbor Island, Spanish Wells, Queen’s bath and Glass Window Bridge) or the South end (Lighthouse beach, Ocean hole, or Tarpym Bay fish dock.) We truly had to pinch our selves every day at the beauty that surrounded us. Pictures do not do it justice, so I highly recommend staying here and seeing it for yourself!!

Our own private waterfront oasis

This property is pure perfection. We had a party of 24 ranging from 50+ down to 6 months. Everyone couple/family had their own room (very well maintained, clean with very comfortable beds. The main house was used all day for meals, drinks and lots of games. But the beach is where it's at. Just steps from our rooms was our private beach and knee-deep water that went out at least 100 yards. The staff was low key and wonderful. Everyone was so pleasant and hard working. They greeted us and helped with luggage when we arrived, did our laundry when needed and answered all our questions. Advice: Get a chef. We had Zev provide breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was one of the best decisions we made. If Covid tests are still required, purchase them for $25 on the Bahamas Health Visa website. If you don't have the voucher it is twice that. We used the Family Medicine Center in Rock Sound, a lovely facility.

Amazing Place!

Cocodimama is perfectly situated on an amazing stretch of beach about 10 mins north of Governors Harbor. Great for a large group as everyone has their own space, but can come back together in main house. Annie, the on-site manager and all the staff are wonderful. Zev cooked amazing dinners and breakfasts for our group and offered lots of great advice for things to do on the Island. Would stay there again 100%

Paradise

Everything was perfect! Great place for a family reunion. Excellent place for a family reunion with all ages. The beach is spectacular and perfect for small children. We hired Annie to cook dinner every evening and she did a great job accommodating many different diets. Just be forewarned that food is VERY expensive and the variety isn’t what you are used to at home. All of the cleaning staff and management was wonderful and friendly and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this resort.
