Enjoy a relaxing vacation in one of our newly built vacation apartments. Our modern vacation apartments feature three bedrooms, each with three double beds. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need, such as a stove, cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, dishes, pots, and glasses. The spacious shared balcony is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The beautiful Chiemsee is just a short distance away and can be reached either by bike or by car. Our village is home to the Tüttensee, a small natural swimming lake with a cozy little restaurant. Just a few minutes’ drive away is the Chiemgau’s vantage point, “the Hochfelln”—a 1,674-meter-high mountain that can be reached by aerial cableway or on foot, offering an incredible view of Lake Chiemsee and the Alps. Spend a relaxing vacation at our small part-time farm near Lake Chiemsee in our newly built “Edelweiß” vacation apartment. We’ve furnished our new vacation apartment for you, our guests, with great attention to detail. A modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a cozy breakfast or a delicious meal. The beautiful, modern bathroom with natural light is a little oasis of well-being. The bedrooms are all furnished with comfortable double beds (180/200 cm), as well as a dresser and a clothes rack. Upon request, we’re also happy to provide a travel crib and high chair for our youngest guests. Children and pets are warmly welcome here. We look forward to having you spend your vacation with us

We are Manuela, 45, and Stefan, 43, along with our four children: Lena, 22; Lucas, 20; Simone, 16; and our little Moritz, 5. On our small farm, which we run together, we raise Blackhead sheep, chickens, and horses. Our family also includes our three short-haired dachshunds: Ginger, Miri, and Kathi. We run our vacation rentals with a great deal of passion and love. In 2020, we inherited this old farmhouse, which was built in 1810. Through a lot of hard work and dedication, we’ve transformed the old building into beautiful new vacation rentals where our guests can feel at home and enjoy a relaxing vacation.
