“we wanted somewhere for an overnight stay after flying back from Greece to Manchester before driving back to the north east. I'll start with the pros. beds were clean and very comfy. tea/facilities in the room were welcome. staff lovely. good and safe parking. very quiet hotel. breakfast was delicious and just what we needed before a 2 hour plus journey. 5 minutes walk to wetherspoons where we went for tea and couple of drinks. cons. yes it was a little dirty in places ie main passageways...

“Run down hotel. Cracked walls. Unrefreshend smell to the room. Not worth 1/4 of the $$$ I paid. Getting out of the bathtub was a fall hazard. Shower pressure was low...on the ground floor I wonder what its like on the top floor. Very unpolite and discriminatory frontend staff. Had paid for a quadruple room but was given a lower occupancy room. The only positive thing was the comfy bed and having a roof over one's head.”

“Tout l’hébergement. J’ai fait une demande d’annulation car je ne pouvais pas partir mais je n’ai eu aucune réponse. Très décevant venant d’un hébergement comme celui-ci ”

“To talk to staff you have to call a number then text them your booking details and your full name and then wait for them to give you the code to your room, room was not clean for example poo stains in the toilet, dead spider on the wall, wall paper coming off, door handle to bathroom was broken and all the units where falling apart.”
