“Le camere sono sopra a un pub. Tutto l'ambiente è caldo, ospitale e familiare, ma al tempo stesso molto curato. Il cibo e la birra sono eccellenti. L'ambiente intorno è molto tranquillo.”

The shower took 25 minutes to drain and, whilst we understand the logistics of old manor houses, if the plumbing is not up to standard then this should be at least mentioned on booking. “Nice sizeable and comfortable room. Unfortunately it was quite hot due to it being on the second floor and after a string of hotter than usual days, not helped by the fact that the heated towel rail (from the hot water system) couldn't be shut off. But a great old pub to stay in all the same. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant.”

“Staff efficient but robotic and lacked empathy. Bedroom tired and the lighting was inadequate when applying make-up. Dim lights might be romantic but a dressing table with a proper lamp so you can see what you look like is essential! Hot water in bathroom basin very slow in coming through and the toilet seat is misaligned ”

“Bella struttura a conduzione familiare, molto comoda e pulita. Il wi-fi non era eccezionale, ma funzionava, il parcheggio è gratis. le stanze sono molto grandi e sufficientemente comode. A 15 chilometri da Exeter e dal Parco naturale del Dartmoor, vicinissimo all'autostrada è un'ottima sistemazione. Una nota di lode alla cortesia dei proprietari, che sono disponibilissimi anche in caso di imprevisto. Ci tornerei sicuramente”

“la struttura si presenta bene e la camera assegnataci era molto ben arredata e spaziosa. da tenere presente che proprio di fronte l'hotel si trova una chiesa che ogni ora ( anche di notte) scandisce il tempo con rintocchi di campana. al pian terreno si trova un pub ristorante che definirei nella media.”

“Parking was easy and safe. Location of the property was perfect both for accessing Dartmoor and wildlife spotting (lots of unusual birds in the grounds). Staying at Two Bridges was a treat; it is a unique hotel and has an amazing history”

“Bed was lovely nice linen .. basic facilities we paid a lot more then my friends £10 extra to take your dog .. shower was only hot for myself and cold for my partner same for my friend’s.. needed to find a toilet roll from downstairs as only half in the room which wasn’t quite ready at 3:40 .. ok for one night”
