“The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best...

“The stay at this hotel was a stop over towards our final destination. It is in the ideal location for a one night stay. The check-in clerk (Alan) was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. The room was a lovely room in a very quiet area of the hotel. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and functional but could be in need of an update. All of the staff we came into contact with at the hotel were all polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel as an ideal stop...

The staff in general was young and inexperienced, but the tried their best."
