Unique Apt with Stunning Alhambra Views. Mirador de la Victoria

Questo spazioso e bellissimo appartamento, situato nel famoso quartiere di Albaicín, è stato completamente rinnovato e decorato per garantire il riposo e il comfort dei nostri ospiti. Tutte le sue camere sono spaziose e molto luminose e con splendide viste sull'Alhambra.

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano, a cui si accede dopo aver salito una breve rampa di scale a causa della pendenza della strada. Il soggiorno, arredato con mobili di design, ha una zona salotto con comode poltrone e divani, una zona pranzo e molta luce entra dalle grandi finestre. La cucina è molto spaziosa ed è arredata in dettaglio con tutto il necessario. Ci sono tre camere da letto, due delle quali con letti separati di 90 * 1. 90 cm, e un altro con un letto matrimoniale di 150 * 200. I bagni sono indipendenti, uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca. E la terrazza privata, che si trova sul tetto dell'edificio, è perfettamente arredata con mobili da esterno per godersi le sue splendide viste durante i pasti o semplicemente riposando mentre contempla l'Alhambra.

Il quartiere di Albaicín, patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO, è un simbolo di Granada e passeggiare per le sue strade è meraviglioso, sia per i panorami, sia per la varietà di bar e ristoranti, sia per i piccoli negozi esistenti.

Granada good apartment but not a lot for kids

The apartment was a great location. The staff were so helpful. But the city of Granada is limited for things to do for kids.

Best part of our trip!!!

Granada and this property were our favorite part of our 10-day, 3-city tour!!!! The property is perfect and the views are ridiculous!!!!! It’s also in a wonderful location and very well appointed. Couldn’t have been more satisfied!!! Thank you for a wonderful trip!!

Stunning perfect apt. Awful awful communication

The apartment is beautiful, and I mean beautiful. It’s so well equipped and comfortable. Beds were perfect! Spotlessly clean. The location and views cannot be matched!!!! I adored every second I was there. Elvira, the wonderful woman who checked me is was fabulous- she needs a raise. Genteel homes however was awful. They never responded to questions inside the VRBO app but sent messages to a US phone not working in Spain. I called them, requested that they communicate only through the VRBO app but it didn’t really happen. Instead we settled on what’s app which was fine except for the fact that after a number of messages we agreed on a check in time. They were 45 minutes late so I had to sit on the street with all the bags and just wait. When I messaged them they said they were on there way. They were not. The person who did show up late (Elvira) was only told to come to check us in after we had already been waiting a 1/2 hour. She’s an Angel!!! Give her a raise! Fire whoever Pilar is!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic Views

This is the best place to stay in Granada! The view of the Alhambra is unbelievable from both the living room and the terrace. The place was super clean and checking in and out was simple. I highly recommend this magical property.

not as advertised

The apartment was not at all as advertised. Although the apartment was spacious and the kitchen fairly well equipped, the apartment overall was not in the best of shape and needs some updating. The main selling point for us was the patio/terrace with the view of Alhambra, which was a big disappointment and not as advertised. The view was indeed nice but the patio was small, hard to access and in a bad shape.The actual patio furniture was not what is shown in the picture. Instead of the nice patio couch and chairs shown in the pictures, there was a cheap and uncomfortable patio furniture. The patio floor was dirty and most of the patio plants were half-dead. worst of all was the exhaust from the water heater which blows smoke/fume in your face as you sit down in the patio. To get to the patio you need to go up a tricky narrow spiral staircase then go through a roof door which is so narrow and low that three of us bumped our heads in a very painful way. communication was poor. no one was there to open the two gates for you upon arrival. The Wifi was weak and the instructions for it were poor. The WiFi code is placed on the door but not readable. Communication was poor. I would not recommend this place. Definitely not worth the price.

Great apartment with spectacular view.

The apartment is very well appointed and very comfortable. The view of the Alhambra from the terrace, the kitchen and the living room is absolutely spectacular - makes the stay very unique and memorable.

Stunning views, clean and comfortable apartment

This was among our favorite and least expensive stays during a six-week tour of Spain. The apartment is located in a beautiful, secure, and quiet courtyard building. It's right off of Carrera del Darro, at the base of the Albaycin. The apartment is simply, but beautifully decorated. The living / dining area is spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is bright with a cute breakfast table that was perfect for feeding our kids in the morning. All of the bedrooms have double beds (either twins pushed together or a queen), clean sheets, comfortable pillows. Two of the bedrooms had closets for unpacking your things, one did not. Bathrooms were also clean and functional. The crown jewel of course is the private terrace overlooking the Albaycin and Alhambra. We spent almost every evening up there sipping wine, eating homemade tapas, and watching the sky and buildings change color as the sun set. It's nothing short of magical. The host company was very responsive to emails, texts, and Whatsapp messages. They provided a crib for our son and were kind enough to book our transport to the airport, which I recommend. It's cheaper and easier than finding a taxi on your own. My only request is that the hosts provide enough laundry and dishwasher detergent to accommodate the length of stay. Would go back in a heartbeat. Wish I could go back there now... If you've never been to Granada, stay here, spend plenty of time wandering the Albaycin and Carrera del Darro (in comfortable flats -- very bumpy cobblestone!), enjoy drinks and tapas at Calle Navas, visit Alhambra (and attend a concert or show at the theater if possible), visit Carmen de los Martires, melt away in the Hammam, revel at the sounds of musicians all around, be moved by the passion of Flamenco... you will fall in love.
