  • Soggiornare in questo meraviglioso appartamento è un privilegio perché, oltre alla qualità e ad una posizione magnifica, ha una terrazza privata da dove si può godere di una vista meravigliosa. Pertanto, è una scelta perfetta per trascorrere giornate indimenticabili nella bellissima città di Granada.

    Con una capacità di quattro persone, l'appartamento è situato in un edificio storico del XVI-XVII secolo ed è intervenuto nella sua facciata nei secoli successivi. Attualmente riabilitato, con materiali da costruzione tradizionali offre una qualità eccellente.

    L'appartamento ha due camere matrimoniali. La stanza principale ha un letto matrimoniale e la camera secondaria ha due letti singoli. Ha un soggiorno confortevole e luminoso che ha una zona pranzo dove è possibile accedere alla terrazza privata per godere di una splendida vista sull'Alhambra. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno. Il bagno è completamente attrezzato. Questo appartamento si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dai luoghi più emblematici della città come Plaza Nueva, La Catedral, La Alhambra ...

    Indubbiamente, un vero lusso a El Albaicín, un quartiere dichiarato patrimonio dell'umanità dall'UNESCO. Una magnifica scelta vicino al Paseo de los Tristes e alla Carrera del Darro ...

The balcony overlooking the Alhambra is priceless! A small but nice little apartment right in the heart of the Albaicin. We walked to flamenco show, we walked to the Alhambra and we walked to the city center. Genteel Homes was great to work with; we would stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful location with clear views of the Alhambra and gorgeous views of Grenada. The pictures are accurate! This apartment was in a convenient location near areas with shopping, restaurants, bars, and attractions. The host was very helpful and communicated with us through WhatsApp. The check in process was easy. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Great spot overlooking the Alhambra Palace. Good location for restaurants and nice and quiet in the evenings. Lovely apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Apartment to give you a native feel

Great apartment to stay and feel part of the community. Close to all the great attractions including the incredible Alhambra. The mountains, cobblestone streets, gravity defying walks and the architecture of the house made our spanish summer memorable. Communication with the host was excellent.

The location and place itself was amazing ! It is a 2 floor apartment starting on the second floor with bedrooms and bathroom. The top floor with kitchen, dinning and tv room also had a balcony that faced the Alhambra. Morning coffee and evening wine had the best views in town. The only draw back was we asked for some coffee (4 people, stayed 3 nights) only 4 pods. Said there were going to stop for more by but never did. It is hard to figure out where to buy. Note: It is hilly and walkways are cobblestone, which is amazing but hard on the suitcases. Be prepared to walk a bit to the place.

Stunning location

We absolutely loved our stay in this spectacular apartment! The view of the Alhambra was magnificent from the terrace. The flat is close to a small grocery store, restaurants, shops and the area is rich in history. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet at night. Five stars!!!

Clean and spacious!

The owners clearly take pride in the level of cleanliness of the apartment. There was ample room with two bedrooms, and pull out sofa bed. It is quite dated in furnishings and accessories. But that is the only negative as it was completely adequate for our needs. Ideally located!

The view alone is worth 5-stars

Picture perfect views from the top balcony and bedroom windows. The close proximity to the Albaicin (uphill from the apartment) is also a bonus The kitchen is a good size and has most of what you'd need. The bathroom is OK and blends in well with the rest of the house. Beds are comfortable and the window shutters work well in keeping the light out - we slept really well The wifi was patchy at best and we couldn't connect the TV to it so Netflix/YouTube etc were out of the question - wasn't a major issue as we were on holiday but it might have been bothersome if we were there for more nights Overall, a lovely place to stay and I'd highly recommend it

Nice terrace view, but….

The good: very good communication from host, small terrace has nice view of Alhambra, apartment was clean. The bad: the washing machine was not clean (mildew and smelled), prior to a wash we used a cleaning product to wipe all the stuff out (yuck) and ran a cycle with the product prior to washing clothes. Only a couple coffee cups provided for our two night stay and machine did not work well anyway. Be aware the kitchen is not stocked with even the basics such as salt & pepper shakers and no cooking oil.

Charming apartment with a great view.

The property was exactly as expected, clean, thoughtfully furnished, fabulous views and a lovely terrace. Our stay however was destroyed by the renovations taking place next door. They started at 8.00 in the morning and went on for 10 hours each day: jackhammering, shouting and banging. The only day free of it was Sunday. It looks like it could take months to complete. A damage deposit was taken and upon closer inspection of the apartment we found pre existing damage which we were not informed about. Also, three evenings of the week in which we stayed, we were subjected to loud conversation from the apartment below up until after 2.00 am and our apartment was filled with second hand cigarette smoke from the gathering below. No compensation was offered for the imposition of the renovation. After a month of having great places to stay in Andalusia this was definitely our worst experience. I hope future tourists staying at this apartment have better luck. We were certainly glad to leave!

Amazing View

Worth the walk. Excellent location clean and the view was fantastic. No issues with checkin and provided a discount for parking at the san Augustin lot. The apartment is large clean and well appointed. Note it is a two story if you have mobility issues. The view from the terrace is well worth it.

Stunning Views of the Alhambra

The views of the Alhambra made it all worth while! And the LOCATION is fantastic. The views reminded us each day we were somewhere special. Were there some essentials like extra bath towels, paper towels or napkins to name a few have been include? Absolutely! Did the water splash out of the shower and leave a puddle? Yes. And yes, we found teenagers smoking pot down the walkway, and there was some street noise. But that added to the charm in feeling like we were living in a “typical” neighborhood. Despite those minor annoyances, we had a great time staying here. We were sold on the views and central location to the BEST that Granada has to offer. We’re eager to return and stay in this lovely apartment again.

Fabulous apartment with grand views and terrace!

Wow! What a great place to stay with the views and gorgeous terrace for breakfasts and dinners and wine under the stars - with full Alhambra view! Among 5 great places we stayed at during our tour of Spain, this one stands out no question. Great space for the four people family (teenage kids). Very strong AC. The furnishings are really good. Charming neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of flowers. In front of Alhambra, and shortest walk to everything in Granada. Easy booking and checking in, assistance with car parking - we appreciate! Will definitely come back to this apartment!

Perfect location

My family and I enjoyed our stay There. It was clean and convenient. Sitting in the balcony overlooking Alhambra is unforgettable. Alba (property manager) was very professional, responsible and very helpful. I will definitely go to Granada again and stay at this place . It’s magnificent.

Not as peaceful as expected

The apartment is lovely and the terrace gives you a great view. But keep in mind that your bedroom is over the neighbor's living and dining area and their terrace is just below your bedroom window. I enjoyed a 12 person party that my neighbor was having on their terrace until... yes... 4:00 AM and I wasn't even invited. Sleep didn't happen that night. Also be aware that your bedroom wall is very close to the street and the motorcycles and cars will seem as if they are in the bed with you. If you don't plan on staying in much, this place is for you. Of course the location is good for access to Alhambra and the center is a 10 minute walk. The apartment is well equipped, but no paper towels or napkins (I left some for you) oil but no vinegar, you know the story. The bathroom soaps and shampoo are just a little bigger than a two euro coin, so you might want to splurge on your own bar or soap. One light was out in the bathroom, but I bought a bulb so I could shave. Great place if you know what you want.
