About this SpaceCharming top-floor flat with a terrace right at the foot of the Palacio de la Madraza, offering direct views of the Capilla Real and Granada Cathedral — a unique vantage point in the very heart of the city.

You’ll be staying in one of the most central, characterful neighbourhoods, full of bars for tapas, independent shops and a lively atmosphere. Most of Granada’s main sights are within a 5–10 minute walk, and the Alhambra is around a 15-minute walk. Despite its central location, local bus lines and taxis are immediately accessible next to the flat. Please note that the apartment is located on the fourth floor and the building does not have an elevator.

The flat has one double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa-bed, a bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen. From the terrace, you can enjoy direct views of the Cathedral — a rare treat. The property is on the fourth floor and there is no lift. We supply clean towels, shower gel and shampoo for your stay.

All guests aged 16 and over must be registered; the owner is required to provide this information to the police (Organic Law 4/2015).

Please leave the keys inside the flat (never left in the door). Lost keys: €15 charge. Late departure: €30 per hour after 11:00.

No smoking. No pets. No parties or loud noise after 23:00 — the police will be called and guests will be evicted if rules are broken.

Please wash used kitchen utensils and leave the flat tidy. Turn off all lights and air conditioning before you go.

First-aid kit available in the flat.

Parking: there is no private parking, but the public S. Agustín car park is approximately 1 minute away.

The light switch is located to the right of the entrance door.
