The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and in an amazing location. Of the three apartments we rented in Spain, only this one was thoughtful enough to include detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. Such a small and important detail!
Despite several issues, the staff at Chemois were amazing. There were challenges with Internet, electric and plumbing. In each case the team were incredibly responsive, helpful and patient. They are the best!
Suggestion for Chemois: Create an information book (in English and Spanish) for guests to reference including: Internet log in information, how to operate appliances and the central electric system, recommendations for restaurants, tours, (Flamenco and other attractions), and night life. Include information for emergencies and health care, local houses of worship (for those so inclined), ice cream shops, best place to catch a taxi, bus information, and any other helpful information that a tourist may be interested in finding.
