“This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

“Cute decor inside with tv and amenities for cooking. Nice beach/bath towels. Lots of room to spread out (we were 2) Good beach cart and beach chairs. Limited parking on weekends; the back door is frosted glass and is always reflecting lights from outside. The beach is either 1/2 mile to see sunsets and Siesta Key Beach is about 1 1/2 miles drive away.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this ground floor unit the first weekend of Dec! I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs. The property is great with access to view the bay right outside our door, or walk across the street to the gulf side beach area. We played pickleball onsite and used both pools and hot tub. “Owner allowed for early checkin and late checkout with some simple communication. Apartment and location were great! Very clean and supplied extra items like cooler, pool noodles, beach chairs, etc. we enjoyed our stay and pool was wonderful!”

Easy access to the beach that wasn't super crowded in that area since there isn't a parking lot at the beach access and could easily walk to restaurants and shops. "Resort da tenere presente se si visita Siesta Key. Receptionist disponibile, struttura con piscina e parcheggio, nel mio caso monolocale dotato di aria condizionata e ventilatore a pale, cucina completa e ben attrezzata ,closet, bagno con finestra e articoli da bagno. Molto pulita sia la struttura che la camera. Presenza libreria free e lavanderia. Vicino alla fermata del tram e a ristorantini. Ottimo rapporto dotazioni/prezzo. Vale la pena!"
