“The property was clean and well stocked. It is cozy. We were out and about most of the time we were there and we ate out. It is only 3 min from the main downtown drag which was convenient for us. Our event was at the Crazy Water hotel. The only thing we did not like was the unit had a mini split for ac. The main unit was blowing cold air at our heads while sleeping. We ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed and it helped a lot.”

“In the listing, only 1 photo of exterior: old apartment complex with second floor accessed by steep steps. No obvious way to assure a first floor unit needed for my spouse with recent knee replacement. Black mold in several places in bath & around electric box. Stove duct taped around bottom. Would definitely NOT recommend booking if a ground floor is needed or if allergy/illness associated with black mold in past. We vacated property after 1 of 4 nights. Photos available for those interested.”

“Host was very helpful and apartment served what was needed for a few nights stay. (Could use drinking glasses, not just wine glasses and coffee cups.) City shut off water with no notice the first day; not the hosts fault, but an inconvenience. Apartment either below or next door must have a smoker, smell was pervasive in the evenings.”
