“Great for company. Kids had separate loft. Convenient parking. Loved it!”

“The good - quiet and comfortable, location is great with plenty of parking. The bad: the signage on the property is pretty bad. No building numbers, no indications of where the stairs are, unit numbers are hard to read from a distance. It took way to much effort just to find the front door. The unit is decent and its clear that attention has been paid to updating it, it needs a little more work on the finishings like light switches and plates though. I also had really know idea how the heat...

“Very new, clean, well organized and easy to use. We would highly recommend it or any other property managed by the host.”

“In the listing it says this property has a double sofa bed. It doesn’t. The couch wasn’t a sofa bed and it was dirty too (see pics). It has a breakfast nook and a big bean bag chair that can turn into a very lumpy “bed”. When we arrived there was a sign on the breakfast nook with a QR code with steps on how to covert the breakfast nook into a sleeping area however the QR code didn’t work. The listing also says they have a travel crib. It doesn’t. We reached out to the host about these two issues...

“The condo was perfect for 2 people. King bed was cozy. Great access to the ski hill! Nice to have garage parking. Glad we brought breakfast items because Granby Ranch did not have a place on site for breakfast.”

“Perfect place for our young family of five. Listing and pictures are very accurate, kitchen stocked well, short walk to the slopes, not a great view but the closest condo to parking, comfortable beds, clean and updated. We would love to stay here again!”

“Great stay! Only issues were with not being able to use the tv in the main room as it didn’t work properly. Other than that, we had a good time.”

“Easy check-in but location of actual unit was a little deceiving based on the pictures. Had to walk up & down a couple of outdoor stairs to get to ground level & parking lot and the distance to the ski run was further than it appeared. The thermostat settings were a little uncomfortable & unadjustable, as it got really warm inside the unit from evening til morning, making it hard to sleep, even though fans were on. ”
