- A security/Damage deposit of $500 USD will be collected upon arrival and refunded upon check out.

- All guests are kindly required to send a copy or passport pictures of themselves to the reservation team at least one week before arrival.

- The heated pool is available at an additional cost starting from 3500 MUR per night, with discounted rates based on the length of stay. Please finalize this with the reservation team at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.

- The villa comfortably accommodates 8-10 guests with two queen-size beds, two large king-size beds (2m x 2m) and a crib. We also provide an additional air mattress along with linens, towels and beddings to ensure everyone’s comfort.

- This listing is suitable for groups of up to 8 guests. The villa can accommodate up to 16 people, with 4 beds (providing sleeping arrangements for 8-10 guests), 1 crib, and 4 air mattresses. If your group exceeds 8 guests. A supplementary fee per guest per night will be applicable for guests exceeding the eighth guest and up to the sixteenth guest, in addition to the standard base rate.

- Maid cleaning services are available during your stay at an additional cost and must be booked at least one week in advance.

- A tourist tax of €3 per person per night, imposed by the government, will be collected in cash upon check-in for adults and teenagers.
