Alle 3:30 del pomeriggio non c'è piu' sole su alcuna parte dell'hotel, spiaggia inclusa. Il personale non è all'altezza, è confusionario e si dimentica delle piu' banali richieste dei clienti.

After a dream week in this hotel, my wife and I can only be grateful for the welcome, kindness and professionalism of all the staff of this magnificent hotel. Everything is perfect from the beginning to the end of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel, if you want to spend several quiet days in a magnificent setting by the lagoon, with a breathtaking sunrise, the Point de Mire rock just in front of the room, as well as the magnificent swimming pool. in lava stone. Do not hesitate to book immediately in this hotel. But hurry because in a month the hotel will be closed for renovation work. To ask for what to renovate, according to the Director, to be even more perfect. It is already a magnificent hotel with 24 rooms. There they have to renovate all the woodwork. We will return there if there is space because I think this hotel risks being taken over. Thanks again to everyone for this wonderful stay.

Litet hotel som inte levererar
Kan inte förstå hur de fått så högt betyg, trevlig personal och bra mat var ett plus men sedan kändes ställes som ett 3 stjärnigt ställe som man piffat till och dubblat priset på. Väldigt liten pool och bara ett fåtal solstolar.Vår AC förde oväsen så jag kollade filter som var helt fulla i mögel, vi kom dagen efter en storm men denna dag fanns inga planer på att städa upp så stranden som var dränkt av burkar och plast medan personal satt 15 m från stranden och knappa på sina mobiler istället för att snygga till, receptionen svarade att städning skulle ske inom någon dag så bada var inte att tänka på. Bäst med stället var den lokala lilla nyöppnades restaurangen 50 m från entrén som serverade jättegod mat och var supertrevliga. Ok för en natt om man inte finner något bättre ställe för maten var mkt god

Superbe accueil, le personnel est au petit soin ainsi que le directeur, bel hôtel en bord de plage et chambre spacieuse. Le restaurant est très bon également. Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit et aurions aimé rester plus afin d'en profiter d'avantage!

In Perfektionismus geschult! 1A
War absolut traumhaft! Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit hübschen, geräumigen Zimmern und bequemwn Betten. Sauberkeit top, Pflege Hotelanlage top. Und das Essen!! Das was so lecker, auch hat das Personal einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Allgemein war der Service sehr, sehr gut! Einzig negativ aufgefallen waren die Kinder in der Anlage - bei einem ‚Adults only‘ erwarte ich keine keine Kinder. Alles in allem war es für uns perfekt! Wir werden wieder kommen.

Exceptional service at beautiful coastal hotel
My mum and I stayed at Seapoint for 5 nights on the run up to Christmas. The hotel is a small boutique hotel and this meant the service was extremely personal. Everyone at the hotel made our stay a huge delight and one to remember! The staff at the front desk - Mr Sanjeev, Ansuya, Roan and Nidhi were super helpful, arranging things like the PCR tests we needed to take for our onwards travel, as well introducing us to Stephanie who booked us onto a lovely catamaran trip. My mum and I decided to book a massage with the spa and it was so good we went back again on the last day! Definitely worth doing if you stay there. Finally the food was exceptional with a wide variety of high standard gourmet dishes for dinner! Avinash and the team left personal touches for us (such as giving my mum a bigger cup for coffee every morning), which made us feel extra special. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel and we will be sure to return when we come back to Mauritius!

Initial bumps, but overall great stay
There was confusion when we first arrived because they had over booked the hotel. They tried to get us to move to a different property, but as we were visiting specifically for friends near the hotel, that was not a viable option. It worked out for us in the end, but some of our friends got combined into rooms when they had booked for separate spaces. Not very professional. And not what you want to deal with after two straight days of travel to get there. Other than that, the property itself was lovely, the food was delicious, and the staff was very nice and attentive. We ultimately had a wonderful visit.

Overall is good except for 1 thing. Wi-Fi in our hotel room keeps failing every day. We have to keep informing the staff to get it fixed. Staff response is pretty quick and we are able to get on Wi-Fi.

Jättefint boende, vacker och trevlig pool med pittoresk liten bar. Lite tråkigt matutbud i restaurangen där flera rätter dessutom ofta saknas för dagen. Personalen blandat intresserad, somliga väldigt hjälpsamma och service-inriktade, andra mindre proffsiga och fokuserade, där man tex flera gånger glömmer beställnings, kommer med fel mat, personal skämtar med varandra mellan borden över huvudet på gästerna.

Très bon service et hôtel au calme par-contre niveau confort quelques points faibles: - les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées; - la literie fait mal au dos. Un surmatelas ne serait pas de trop; - la chambre est humide; Par rapport à d’autres hôtels que nous avons fait, le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas des meilleurs.

Wir waren 1 Woche im Seapoint Boutique Hotel und es war eine super tolle und sehr entspannende Zeit. Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer ist klasse. Auch der Pool ist wunderschön und lädt zum Relaxen ein. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Auch das Essen war super lecker. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Cet hôtel est très calme et très bien tenu. Le management de l'hôtel est très présent pour s'assurer de la qualité du service. A recommender pour des couples sans enfant qui recherchent un hôtel pas très grand avec de belles prestations et la possibilité de manger sur place à midi et le soir.

Great service but a bit too much at times
We had a really good time but felt like the employees wanted to up one another. They did too much and it was at times funny how important it could be to have a title of manager. If they would come down to earth a bit the experience would be more enjoyable. That said, everything was in great condition and luxurious. We got to change rooms when we started close by the kitchen so service is great but a bit too much at times.

Great place to chill, quiet and cozy
Stayed in July 2019..Nice place to chilled and unwind..not too crowded with human traffic. Staffs were friendly especially Mr Manav and Pooja. Suites are on 2nd floor with terrace and deluxe room on the ground with easy access to the beach. Nice view of the ocean and Sunrise within meters but nobody swim as there’s lots of corals so take a bicycle provided by the hotel and go to Mon Choisy beach around the corner for a swim and sunset. Breakfast choice was limited and the same daily 😕. No Room service so u can’t dine at ur terrace and dinner ends at 2130hrs so if ur hungry after that time, too bad.. Renting a vehicle is a must to go elsewhere for food and varieties. Basic water sports activities is provided free by the hotel but since there’s tons of corals, it’s basically useless 😬

The hotel is placed between two stunning Mauritian beaches and they allow guests to borrow bicycles to explore the area. In addition to the wonderful rooms and quality boutique service, we can recommend the hotel for any other guests.

Wir sind vielleicht mit zu hohen Erwartungen angereist - ein nettes kleines Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern - aber nicht mehr - kann nichts so richtig negatives sagen, es war absolut okay. Unklar ist woher die ganzen hervorragenden Bewertungen stammen.

Super Séjour !
Hôtel cosy, ma chambre était spacieuse et propre, vue sur la mer et la piscine. une terrasse très sympa pour se poser le soir. Le personnel toujours souriant, d’une grande gentillesse, aux petits pour leurs clients. Le restaurant : cuisine très bonne, raffinée. J’ai passé un très beau moment jour, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Lovely, small Boutique Hotel, relaxed and quiet atmosphere, very personalized and attentive friendly service. Nice, airy rooms in cool aquatic colors, delicious food. We loved the suite with the big balcony and seaview. (All rooms have sea view!) Swimming right in front of hotel not really possible as coral reef very nesr and water too shallow, but fantastic Mon Choisy and Trou aux Biches Beaches adjoining.

Så nära hösta betyg man kan komma
Seapoint Boutique hotel överträffade alla vår redan höga förväntningar. Det märks att alla i personalen månar om det bästa för sina gäster. Det är en atmosfär som man sällan stöter på och nivån på allt är så bra. Stranden nednför hotellet är inte den bästa, men 5 minuters cykelväg bort ligger den fina stranden Mont choisy beach.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit superfreundlichen Personal und Restaurant auf hohem Nivea. Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und sauber, immer in Ordnung gehalten vom Hotelpersonal. Sehr schöne Erfahrung und gerne weiter zuempfehlen.

Amazing luxury hotel
We spent one night at sea point at the end of our stay in Mauritius and it was flawless from start to finish. The staff were fantastic and the property was well maintained and fresh. The menu options were limited for a vegi but the chef made me something unique, tasty and delicious. Special mention for Yusra on reception who should be poached immediately by a big international hotel as she has front office / guest relations / concierge manager written all over her. Gaita from the spa has magic hands and gave one of the best massages I have ever had. They provided changing facilities for early check in and very late check out for free letting us use the pool, towels etc We will be back but for much longer

Fantastisch
Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise wunderbar. Hotel mit Seele. Hier versucht man einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Kulinarisch hervorragend, super Küche. Service sehr freundlich und bemüht. Pool und die Anlage immer ordentlich. Zimmer sehr schön und tadellos gepflegt. Ein ruhiger Platz zum Entspannen.

Service impeccable, très bonne cuisine, ne pas manquer la langouste grillée du mardi ou jeudi soir (sur réservation). Animation musicale lors du dîner.

Lovely hotel & great experience
I stayed for 4 nights in Seapoint boutique Hotel. It is a lovely small hotel, romantic atmosphere, very quiet (just adults), super friendly staff (especially Vishnu, Manav, Yusra, Rashvan and Nick), great spa service. The hotel has nice private beach, but it is small and rocky. The hotel has a nice restaurant that serves a delicious food for dinner. However, they need to improve the breakfast. Regarding the swimming pool, it is small and they need to make it bigger. They provide some free activities such as bicycles, kayaking and snorkling. However, they need to work professionally on outside excursions. There is nothing around the hotel, but the Grand Bay area is about 8 minutes by car. In addition, there is a shopping mall about 10 minutes by car. You can use the bicycles to go there. In general, I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
