“The room was perfect, as expected. Asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled great as I entered the room. Had a great rest and I will definitely return the next time I am in Batam.”

“Is a very clean and convenient places to stay at. Just a few walks to shopping malls and foods around the hotel. A2 food court has a lot of variety of foods for people who feel hungry at middle of night. Oppsite hotel also has a lot of foods carts stalls. 👍👍👍👍👍. Will book this hotel again for next trip again.”

“This is my 2nd stay with Aston Inn Gideon Batam over the past 2 months. It's not an overstatement to say that they are the best hotel in the Penuin area. Surrounded by massage centers within 200m, most crowned with an average rating of 4.9 stars on Google Reviews, if you're prepared to be blown away by massage paradise, this is the place to be. The restaurant within the hotel only serves breakfast, but you will be spoilt for choices with great tasting local food, all within walking distance at...

“Stayed in a suite room. Staff were courteous and location is walking distance to Nagoya shopping mall. Shortfall was lack of hand soap at the basin. None at the kitchen and the other toilet. Also TV remote control had difficulty in pressing, and no YouTube. Time to upgrade. Will be staying again from 31 Dec - 4 Jan. Hope to see improvement. Overall still better value vs homestay for the price paid.”

“Great service from the team (dining, front desk, conceirge and housekeeping). Many eateries and 2 x convenience stores. Breakfast variety acceptable with nice coffee. Would be great if provided with liquid hand wash instead of soap. Agree with most comments regarding the elevator which does takes some time especially during breakfast time. Not sure about the 3mins walk to the mall as it seems quite a distance to us especially we noticed many cars.... we decided to take a taxi instead for safety...

“The hotel is located in an area where it doesn't feel touristy. Good to walk and explore the street markets, pubs and eateries, which are all within walking distance. Not far from harbor bay ferry terminal. Hotel interior is very clean and comfortable. ”

“The hotel is still under construction. Overall it was still a pleasant stay as we are doing our shopping during the construction hours. It will be a quiet area without the construction. ”
