“We had a lovely week in Grand Bend. The house was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen has up to date appliances. All bedrooms have plenty of storage room for clothing, bathrooms are clean ( downstairs bathroom is huge! ) We enjoyed star gazing while relaxing in the hot tub , went to Pinery Provincial Park to hike to trails and walked down to the beach to see the driftwood washed up over the winter. “This place was spacious and had very comfy large beds. In a good location close to the beach. The host easily accommodated us for an extra day which was nice. Biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the place. Stains in drawers, walls, pillow cases etc. the floor was sticky/dirty and there was no broom or mop provided so it was even harder to keep clean. “Property owners were very hand off, dismissive, and non apologetic with issues. Havjng us refer to onsite managers for suppoer. Owners had our key time out one day early, leaving us unable to get into the room. Were slow to respond, and did not try and problem solve.”

“Our key code did not work so the building manager let us into the apartment! He was very helpful and polite! The kitchen was lacking some essential items for cooking. Overall the inside of the apartment was very clean! The balcony and BBQ were filthy! We enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the beds were very comfortable!”
