“What a fun little place. Close to all of the dining options in Williams (and there were many). The room was decorated for the time period, as well as for Halloween. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would stay there again for sure.”

“Mark and Debbie are excellent innkeepers! 5 stars!! Our accommodations were immaculate and Marks cooking is superb. If we could have stayed longer at The Sheridan Sheridan House we would have but we had other places to visit. Our room was exceptionally warm and welcoming. We were upgraded to a gorgeous room with extra amenities. This place is completely elegant and comfortable. You will not regret booking here.”

“Super cute getaway with a western vibe. It feels like you’re in a miniature western town. Room was nice, the beds were comfortable, it was clean, and the staff was helpful. At one point the propane ran out and they replaced it same day. It’s a little farther away from the Grand Canyon, but the town of Williams itself is also really cute and fun to explore.”

“Overall Good experience! Property was very clean, limited kitchen,just small refrigerator and micro. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice! Great breakfast with nice assortment! Liked the great communication from host too! And the location to Grand Canyon is Ideal ! Only 35 minutes. A few small issues at first but they were addressed right away!! ”

“Place was nice and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the TV didn’t work no channels would connect. Chelsea and Ethan were very helpful and Ethan tried to fix the issue but had no luck. Other than that everything else was good!!”

“Loved our stay at Penrose!! Beautiful views all around. Perfect distance away from the main drag in Sedona. Peaceful and quiet! The women cooking breakfast on 10/1 and 10/2 were fantastic! Friendly, helpful and the food was delicious! It was our 1st time in Sedona and will not be our last! Can’t wait to come back and stay at Penrose!”
