Cottage a Grand Canyon

“Location and everything was great. The access road was terrible.”

“This tiny house was clean and about 20 minutes away from Grand Canyon which was nice for location. The negative side was the shower that gave you hot water for 1 minute and then turned cold. I know it said energy efficient but for paying that much money, you should have hot water to take a shower. Also internet connection was bad. I would recommend staying somewhere else because of the hot water situation.”

“We did not enjoy our stay at our rented cabin and recommend the following corrections to allow customers a more pleasant stay: - Non stick dishes are very old and should be replaced with stainless steel. - There should be oven mitts, kitchen towels, tongs, one sharp knife for families to cook simple meals - Water pressure in the kitchen sink is non existent - Water does not drain in the bathroom shower - Faucet in bathroom is stuck with white minerals and sprays everywhere when used - Loft is...

“It was a wonderful stay! The tiny home is very comfortable and communication with the property is a breeze! Will definitely stay there again!”

“The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. This house is a quick 20 minute drive to the Grand Canyon...

“BEDBUGS! Unit is as described and new but bedbugs everywhere, still waiting on our refund. I will update when we receive the refund. A cute place to stay if they take care of this problem, neighboring units found bedbugs as well!”

“Enjoyed our stay”

“Sweet house. Had everything we needed.”

“Pet area wasn't fully fenced. Front steps need to be fixed so that they are level and a railing needs to be added. The remodeling inside is very pretty but outside front and back are not very easy to navigate for someone older or unsteady on their feet. ”

“THIS IS A DUPLEX UNIT WITH A SHARED WALL. Currently, the listing & pics seem to depict the unit as a standalone casita. Also, the filtered search should exclude units with shared walls. You will share a wall with a neighbor. You must also park in a community parking lot & haul your belongings about 200 meters along a dirt path to your unit, there is no drive up parking - also not disclosed in the property details. Lastly, the unit only contains a pour over coffee maker. There is a conventional...
