Chalet classico a tre piani nei pini

RELAX in questo spazioso A-Frame a 3 piani. PRIVATO ma conveniente.
Vicino da un lato e confinato da una cintura verde di 25 acri nella parte posteriore. Convenienza con spazio privato.
POSIZIONE MANUALE all'ingresso del villaggio di Kachina, 6 miglia a sud di Flagstaff sulla I-17. A soli 1000 metri dall'autostrada, ma privato, circondato da alberi di pino con un cortile privato di 1/3 acri.

Il Kachina Village è circondato dalla foresta nazionale di Coconino e da chilometri di fantastiche escursioni in mountain bike. 45 minuti al comprensorio sciistico Snowbowl, a Sedona, alle rovine di Anasazi nel monumento nazionale di Wupatki e 1,5 ore al Grand Canyon.

Lo chalet è una casa unica e confortevole di 2600 piedi quadrati. Pino e cedro naturali dappertutto; built-in personalizzati e tocchi speciali come il soppalco, la serra e la sala giochi con pavimento in cemento riscaldato. Inoltre una nuova spa Dimension One Dream.

Rilassati al sole sul ponte, brinda con le dita dei piedi davanti al camino a legna, spara un po 'di biliardo, sfida qualcuno a una feroce partita al biliardino ... o semplicemente immergiti nella vasca idromassaggio e rannicchiati per leggere uno degli angoli privati.

Abbiamo un grande cortile recintato di -1/3 acri per far sentire i tuoi cani benvenuti se stanno arrivando. C'è una piccola tassa di animale domestico una tantum per la pulizia extra.

C'è un monolocale sopra il garage, che è separato dalla casa e ha un proprio ingresso sul retro. L'appartamento si trova sul lato opposto della casa dal cortile e dalla vasca idromassaggio, quindi hai la privacy.
L'affittuario, Cassity, lavora presso la Camera di commercio di Flagstaff. Ha una casa a Mesa, quindi va a casa durante il fine settimana e non è a Flagstaff. Potresti non vederla, ma volevamo darti un avvertimento, quindi se lo fai, saprai che appartiene a lui.

Le nostre tariffe si basano su $ 180 a notte / più nei fine settimana dal Labor Day al Memorial Day e $ 200 a notte / più nei fine settimana in estate. Memorial Day Escape

The chalet is a very uniquely designed home with a spacious floor plan and nice furnishings.. It features a large dining table, wood burning fireplace, large skylights, wood & tile floors, a well-equipped kitchen, great appliances, and a large game room. It has a large fenced back yard with tall pines and is in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood for being close to I-17. We enjoyed relaxing and having breakfast on the large front porch. There is a nice big bedroom on the main floor and more rooms upstairs. [FYI: not handicap friendly -- there are stairs, several levels and a sunken, step down remodeled/gorgeous shower.] Our host was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Yearly Flagstaff trip with grandsons!

This is our second time staying here with our grandsons for our Christmas getaway. The kids go to the Snowbowl while we just hang back at the cabin and cook. We'll be back!

Escape from Phoenix heat

My spouse and I came up to Flagstaff for the week. House is spacious as and had everything we needed. Lots of games, books and activities to keep you occupied.

Our home away from home!

We’ve stayed at the chalet many many times over the years but we moved away during Covid and once we were back on the West Coast it was the first place we wanted to visit. The moment we walked in our entire family made the comment how it smelled the same, which is a good thing, it literally feels like a second home to our family! We love the game room, jacuzzi, fireplace and just the feel of decompressing from our busy lives to be in a peaceful and cozy environment. We always leave refreshed and looking forward to our next trip! A huge thanks to the owners for communicating about weather, the house and also being receptive whenever we’ve ever had an issue or notified them of a problem, y’all are the best!!

Great place in the pines

Unique property with a great hot tub. It was quiet and secluded. There were a lot of spider webs inside the house, but it was otherwise very tidy. The heated floors in the bathroom and game room were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

This is a great cozy property with all that we needed for the most part. Games for teens with pool table and fuzeball. Hot tub! Cozy beds! Fireplace! Needs some better cleaning as was quite dusty in many places and smelled of humidity . It is rustic though. Plus missing some usual kitchen things that seem to be in most VRBO s like oil that is not past date, and a few more condiments etc that would be useful for travellers .overall great place if they could clean bit better and get rid of humidity smell.

Fabulous time!!

We rented this cabin for a 3 night stay with 8 grandkids including girlfriends! The kids were at the Snow Bowl each day while my husband and I stayed at the cabin. It fit our needs perfectly! Perfect cabin for our getaway

This cabin was perfect for our getaway. Our dogs & kids loved the fenced in yard. Jim was easy to get a hold of and so hospitable. We had a great weekend!

Perfect

Our host was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. I loved the rustic feel of the home. As seen in photos, so of the decor is dated but that added to the charm. All the appliances were newer. There was plenty of firewood split and ready for use. The only warning I will give you is if you arrive at night (we did) and leave the house at night (we did), you can ONLY turn RIGHT out of the driveway!!! My husband almost drove into the median in an attempt to turn LEFT (huge drop). Luckily he noticed it in time. Thank you for making our vacation even more amazing.

Cozy cabin with lots of space

This was the perfect location for our family getaway. Just south of flagstaff. A king size bed in the master would have been better than the queen but other than that, everything was perfect. Lots of bedrooms and a nice big game room. Close to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Very cool downstairs bathroom and unique architecture. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great for kids and pets!

Perfect setup for those traveling with pets. Right across the street from a super cute playground for kids. Great communication with host if we needed something. Bring your own steak knives if you plan on grilling but otherwise had everything we needed.
