About the Ponderosa Retreat
Fully furnished home equipped with everything you need for a weekend, week, or month!
2 Bedroom, 2 Bath + Memory Foam Sofa Sleeper= sleeps 6
**Will sleep 6 with 2 people on the sofa sleeper and 2 people on the queen beds in both bedrooms.
Master Suite: queen bed + Master Bathroom, walk-in closet (room sleeps 2)

Memory Foam Sofa Sleeper in Living Room w/queen bed (sleeps 1-2)
All towels and linens included. Bring your own body soap, shampoo, etc.

You will have this private retreat property all to yourself! The house is 1200 sq. Ft, 2 bedroom and 2 bath, with fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, wood burning stove (wood provided), front covered patio deck, and lots of parking. Newer home built in 2019, very clean, with no wear and tear. Master bedroom (with master bathroom) has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin/full/twin bunk bed with trundle and the living room has a nice pull out sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The back yard is fenced and setup nicely for your rest and relaxation! It features Adirondack-style chairs, built in fire pit (wood provided), and propane grill. Lovely trees in the backyard provide shade on warm days. Backyard has a short 3 foot wood/wire fence.

Remote stay

Wanted a spot between Sedona and the Grand Canyon. This was the perfect place. House is great, but road is not for anyone driving something like a sports car, you might have issues.

We stayed in Williams for a couple of days while visiting the Grand Canyon and nearby attractions. Our stay here was fantastic! The home was exactly as described — clean, well-equipped, and set in a quiet, secluded location. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions and local recommendations. Check-in was easy, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids especially loved the hot tub! We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Romantic Getaway

This house is a gem! The views from the house are gorgeous and we could see the Milky Way at night! The house was as described and worked perfectly for our needs, we definitely enjoyed the hot tub! Perfect getaway!

Grand Canyon get away

Property was amazing as was the host. Very accommodating and helpful. It was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of hiking! Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. Cannot say enough about this place!!

Secluded getaway

Was the perfect off the beaten path getaway with plenty to do close by. The front patio is fully enclosed which our dogs loved. Also the back yard has a small fence which kept our boys in check. Hot tub and fire pit make it a perfect relaxing home. We loved The smell of pine trees, birds, stars, rain and even hail. Bearizona and the Grand Canyon are close too. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Quiet and comfortable.

Daniel is a wonderful host . . . responsive and helpful. The home is exactly as described, perfectly located between the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. Recent weather made the 2-mile dirt road access a bit like a washboard, though that made our 10-day stay somehow more personal. We'll stay there again during our next Grand Canyon visit.

The property is in a secluded neighborhood, wonderful views of the stars and peaceful. While the house is comfortable, it needs a top to bottom dusting and the AC units need cleaning.

Ponderosa retreat

Daniel is a great communicator with his clients. Very prompt on answering any questions we had about the property. Its a very secluded area where you can see the stars at night next to a outside wood burning fireplace. Very relaxing. Willams is about 10 miles from his place. We took a train ride into the grand canyon. Highly recommend!!! Bearizona was awesome. Drive through and see bears, buffalo, deer, mountain goats. Then you drive down rt.66.oys of food and gift shops. We stayed for 4 days and lo ed every minute of it. Thanks again Daniel for a great family vacation!!!!

Cute remote house

A quiet place that’s a short drive from the Grand Canyon in one direction and Williams in the other. It’s down a gravel road, but it’s very well maintained and was no problem for us to drive on in my small car - we even spotted some horses on the way in but they kindly moved aside for us. Property owner included lots of information to help us operate the amenities and equipment on property (wood burning stove, hot tub, etc). Check in and check out were pretty straightforward and didn’t involve a long list of chores to complete our stay. Very refreshing!
