Great place

We had an awesome time. The house was very big and open. Lots of games and fun things to do. An arcade game, pool, axe throwing etc. fire pit table! It was a beautiful property. I highly recommend. The host was very accommodating! (Just dropping a couple of photos.)

Great Family Layout

We loved the location, the bedroom setup, and the little sunroom. The location was great! We even saw some deer in the backyard! It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, and there were some things that didn’t work. I would stay again thought for the convenience and location!

Wonderful stay in Flagstaff

We had a wonderful stay at this Flagstaff Vrbo. It was perfect for our family with kids - plenty of space for everyone and kid-friendly amenities. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and nature spots. The place was clean and well maintained, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Winter escape

Spacious, beautiful home with comfy spots to cozy up by the fireplace. We loved the woodsy lot and neighborhood filled with pine trees. We saw lots of deer grazing right behind the fence and a huge jackrabbit in the yard. The home was well stocked and the owner promptly answered any questions we had.

Flagstaff Christmas 2024

The house was adequate for our needs (family of 6 adults and 3 children). The listing said the home was newly remodeled and the photos looked amazing. In a range of low, medium, high this property is a medium and the daily rate is higher than others we have stayed at that were rated "high". The 3 bedrooms with a master suite was a plus, and each bedroom had a bath. It is spacious, and the cabin atmosphere is cozy. Well equipped kitchen, and games for kids.

Do NOT Stay Here!

We arrived at this home all be it in a nice neighborhood but the house was NOT as it was described on the site. Total False Advertising! The Owner brags about the fact that it has NEW Carpet, REMODELED kitchen etc and it had nothing of the kind. The carpets were filthy and the Kitchen atrocious, a panel on one of the kitchen doors fell off! I would advise anyone NOT to stay here. The Owner basically did not cooperate at all, basically just sent cleaners to the back patio exterior but nothing else. So when I complained to the Owner he actually said "Oh are you complaining about the carpets? Well I will be replacing those next week". Far cry from his advertising that said it has new carpet!

House on quiet street in Flagstaff

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. Slightly dated and needs some upgrades. Otherwise, very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Nice Sunroom to enjoy the forest backyard.

Love the home and location

This is the second time we stayed at this VRBO. We love the layout of the home. However, the icemaker was not working properly. The downstairs bathroom could use a good cleaning and the carpet in all the bedrooms needs some TLC. The kitchen/living areas is fantastic and we loved having the pool table as well as the "reading room." Also, the "Play Nine" game was a hit!! All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Weekend stay for out of town wdding

Came to Flagstaff for my daughter’s wedding. My son and I from Michigan, my mom and sister from Florida, my grandaughter from Philly and niece from NY all convened on this beautiful home. Brandon was responsive as we arrived and the place is as advertised. Loved everything about the weekend and couldn’t recommend the house and community more!

Great place to relax

The house was great and in a quite neighborhood. We were up there for and ice skating competition and decided to bring our side by side along. It was a great and relaxing place to stay and have as a base for us. Brandon was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions. We would stay there again!

Designed for families

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay with some family for an extended weekend, especially with younger children. There were lots of things for the kids to do both inside and outside, and the fact that the backyard is fenced was a huge plus. The location is great—quiet neighborhood on east side of downtown Flag, just minutes from food, coffee, shopping, and the freeway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Perfect Fit

The house is beautiful and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. We were looking forward to using the pool but the country club does not allow non members to use it. Otherwise, it was the perfect spot for our family trip.

Not as expected

House and location was great but a little dated. Very clean and the bathrooms were updated and good. Plenty of room for the whole family and very quiet. However, the listing stated we would have access to the Country Club pool and tennis but we did not. The policy at the Country Club changed and now the owner has to be with the guest to gain access. Access to the pool was the main reason we booked this location.
