“I use this hotel often. This was by far my worst experience. I requested a call from the manager and haven’t heard back from them yet. From check in to the bed a poor experience. ”

“Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor. In the room there was NO television services. Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!”

We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. ”

“The pictures are extremely misleading. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. One of the blankets had a whole in it. There was a face towel left on the shower curtain rod. It smelled like smoke. The floors were peeling. The walls were damaged. I wouldn’t even invite someone to come see me and sit in the parking lot. I kept checking my vehicle to make sure it was damaged because of the other guests. It looks like a place you go to have shady dealings. Not judging but looked like it was full of...

“The room had a smell in it and I had to keep the door open most of the time I eas there just to breath. After two days there I had to go to a doctor who told me I had come in contact with mold sbd had a respiratory infection because of it. ”
