“Picked this property as we had family that had stayed here the year before; it was clean & comfortable. Expedia didn't relay the dog information, but we did alert the front desk at check-in. Halfway through unpacking, they realised their mistake, so we had to move what we had unpacked to the new room. The room was atrocious.
